All sessions and consultations are by appointment only.
Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled session will be billed at the full session rate.
Payment

We accept HSA/FSA, debit cards, all major credit cards, and Afterpay.
Payment is required prior to services being provided.
Insurance & Reimbursement
Systemic Psychotherapy

Ashton Marshall, LMFT is in-network with select insurance plans for Systemic Psychotherapy.

In-network plans may include: Aetna, Anthem, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna/Evernorth, Humana, Optum, Oscar Health, UMR, and UnitedHealthcare (UHC/UBH).

Out-of-network benefits may be available. A superbill can be provided upon request for possible reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan.

Solution-Focused Clinical Hypnotherapy

Insurance may be available when Solution-Focused Clinical Hypnotherapy is provided in collaboration with a state-licensed psychotherapist as part of an established treatment plan.

Insurance billing, eligibility, and coverage are determined by the collaborating licensed provider and the client's individual insurance plan.
